Short background:

Shinichi Kudo is one of the youngest chief justices. He assumed the post at a young age of 28 and has been serving since then. Popularly known for his court jokes, he garnered Teiko's netizen and media positive attention. He is a close friend to Teiko Premier Akashi Seijuro and the Central-46 Sandae, Kensuke Fukui. Currently, he lives together with his wife and their two daughters in Kamata South.
