Short background:
Kise Ryouta born and raised in Kaijo Prefecture is the only minister and government official to have experience being into the media industry. Prior to his appointment, he had been a model and actor for 5 years each. He was dubbed as miracle child until his teenage years where he became a teenage icon until ultimately one of Teiko's most admired and loved young actors. Kise was appointed as Minister for MICE upon the death of Wei Liu during the 2014 Katama Airplane Crash.
