Short background:

Furihata Kouki is the youngest minister in the cabinet. He is a close friend of Teiko Premier Akashi Seijuro and was engaged to the latter earlier this year being the first minister to be in relationship with the highest official in the land. Graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in both Civil and Mechanical Engineering from the imperial College of Engineering in Josei, he had worked with multiple government projects including the controversial land rezoning of 2006 and the garbage disposal dump in Nozomi. Prior to his ministration role, he also worked as a government employee under the Ministry of Utilities from 2007 to 2012.
