Short background:

Imayoshi Shouchi commonly referred to as the  sarcastic minister due to his excessive sarcasm even during meetings and official business transactions, is one of the most profound ministers in the cabinet. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with the degree Financial Management in the University of Too having the highest QPI in the institution's history. He had served as a member of the board for the World Trade and Banking Institution as well as Ambassador to the Holy Britannian Empire. He also is a recipient of the economics Nobel Prize and the Raito Leadership Award. Currently, he is one of Teiko's wealthiest personalities and has the vastest collection of Teiko's condominium units.
