Short background:

C.C. is the most secretive and most private minister in Teiko. She is also one of the only two women ministers among the cabinet. C.C. started working as an environmentalist for Green Planet in 2003 and was recruited by Teiko Premier Akashi Seijuro to be part of the cabinet in 2005 but it wasn't until 2010 that C.C. accepted the offer and became and official part of the minister. Outside of office, C.C. is commonly scene doing ground researches, fishing and rot cropping.
