The Ministry of Utilities also known as MU is a cabinet level ministry of the Teiko Government responsible for preparing, integrating, coordinating, supervising and controlling all plans, programs and activities of the Teiko government relative to exploration, development, utilization, distribution and conversation of energy and water. It is also tasked for the recycling and reduction of solid and liquid wastes.

The Ministry of Utilities is one of the products of the 1910 Teiko constitution. It has undergone several developments since its founding, it was first reduced into three ministries in 1946, ministry of energy and ministry of water was combine in 1954, two was then again separated in 1978 and finally recombined in 1989. It was only until 1997, that the structure of the current ministry of utilities was finally created.
